Our Process

We keep the flooring process simple to get your home the new floors it needs at a price that works for you. From flooring consultations with one of our specialists to expert installation, we’re excited to work with you from start to finish.

Visit Showroom

The first step to getting your dream floors is to stop by our showroom in San Diego. Schedule an appointment online or give us a call and one of our flooring specialists will set a time to walk you through our selection. Walk-ins are welcome, too!

Select Your Flooring

A La Mesa flooring specialist will walk you through our showroom and help you narrow down your search until you’ve found one, or a few, flooring samples you’d like to see in-home and receive a quote for. With us, you can check out the samples and take them home for a few days.

Measure in Home

We charge a $60 fee for all in-home measurements within a 25-mile range and $100 for quotes beyond 25 miles. This fee will be applied to your total project as a credit should you choose to move forward with us. One of our Project Managers will come to measure your property at a time scheduled during your showroom visit.

Full Quote

Once you’ve chosen a flooring and we’ve completed the in-home measurement, we’ll provide a full quote and proposal during a meeting at our showroom. If you’re unable to make it to the showroom, we can schedule a virtual meeting.

Schedule Installation

Once the proposal is signed, we waste no time in scheduling the installation of your new floors. Our team of installation professionals will come to your property and your new floors will be installed in a timely and effective manner.
