The project was a 1920s hacienda style ranch house where we installed Forbo Modular 10 x 10 glue down tile.
This is a recent whole house wood job where we removed carpet, wood, and tile and replaced it with new wood. We also did a lot of sub-floor repairs (as you can see in the pictures) as their sub-floor was in poor shape. Job included new baseboards throughout. The new wood looks great!
We removed almost all of the existing flooring in the house including sheet vinyl and lots of carpet and replaced it with a beautiful laminate made by Patina. We also removed and replaced the existing baseboards. It looked beautiful!
Our refinishers Jay and Shawn sanded, stained, and sealed our customers' hardwood oak flooring. This included the stairs and new baseboards.
The owner had a slow leak that damaged the wood floor. We installed a glue down luxury vinyl tile that is water proof and looks great!
We removed existing tile and carpet from our customer's living room, family room, dining room, kitchen and entry and replaced it with beautiful Cali Engineered Hardwood. We have been doing a lot of projects lately using Cali Engineered hardwood because it is incredibly durable for wood flooring and it is absolutely beautiful- it is one of our favorite products! We also installed patterned cement tile in the adjoining laundry and bathroom. We finished everything off with new baseboards and trim throughout. Our favorite part of the project was the customer's beautiful golden retriever named Winston- he is very sweet and loved the new flooring!
